SAN BIAGIO
“San Biagio” is Canevel’s new sparkling wine, made using the “sur lie” method, which expresses the enological heritage of the territory. This “Prosecco on the lees” is in fact the oldest type of sparkling wine produced in Valdobbiadene. The second fermentation in bottle gives San Biagio a unique personality, marked by a fine and persistent perlage, a soft and complex taste, and a visible, flavorful, and unmistakable presence of native yeasts in the natural sediment
