The Oltrepò Pavese, nestled between the imposing Apennines and the lush plains, is the cradle of Pinot Nero, one of the noblest black grape varieties. It is crossed by the famous “wine parallel,” which runs through the most suitable areas for viticulture.

MASI’S CLASSIC METHOD
In this extraordinary territory, characterized by temperate climates and a good balance of sunlight and temperature, Masi produced its first Classic Method sparkling wine, creating a black-label line that enriches the Moxxé range, whose other wines are made using the Charmat method.
