RECIOTO DELLA VALPOLICELLA CLASSICO DOCG
A noble, traditional sweet red dessert wine from Valpolicella, this Recioto comes from the ancient Casal dei Ronchi vineyard, part of the Serego Alighieri estates. Made from the classic Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes, which are rested during the winter months on bamboo racks in drying lofts for the Appassimento process, it produces a fragrant, fruity, and rounded wine.
