The ancient Veronese grapes — Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara — are carefully selected from hillside vineyards and left to rest during the winter months on bamboo racks in drying lofts for the Appassimento process. From these concentrated bunches comes a fragrant, fruity wine: round and refined, with a remarkable balance of alcohol, sugar, and structure.

A sweet wine once loved by the ancient Romans (known as Reticum). Masi brings it back in three different expressions, with Angelorum being the classic example. More recently, it has been reimagined in a modern key — as a base for exclusive cocktails… definitely worth a try!
