Extra-virgin olive oil with delicate, fruity and spicy taste. The olives, hand-picked, are pressed using ancient granite millstone wheels called "molazze". The Counts Serego Alighieri, descendants of the poet Dante, passionately cultivate their estate in the hills of the Valpolicella Classica.
