Canevel’s expertise in spumante and the style of Diesel come together in this organic Prosecco DOC, in the mark of a shared vocation for sustainability. The wine-making and spumante process take place naturally, with a single fermentation and with no addition of sucrose, retaining the aroma of the Glera grapes intact in the finished product, which stands out for an explosion of fruity and floral notes. 
The new creation is “dressed” in Diesel, which designed the packaging.
